Mumbai: The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) is expecting more bookings at the bi-annual 13th India Realty Expo 2010 to be held in Dubai. The exhibition, where developers from Mumbai and other major cities would be showcasing their properties, would be held between June 3 and 5. “We expect around 2,500-3,000 walk-ins during this expo,” the MCHI’s Coordinator for International Exhibitions, Mr J.S. Augustine, said. In 2009, nearly 2,000 NRIs had visited the expo wherein 106 fiats worth Rs 65.33 crore were booked.
